WBCM offers a 14-day return for refund from the date of purchase without giving any reason. WBCM does not offer any refunds on shipping once the order has shipped to the customer. Products returned for a refund must be in “as-new” condition, unwashed and unworn. Defective items can be returned during our warranty period in the original packaging and with all accessories. You will be responsible for the return shipping of non-defective products. Any product missing the completed return’s note with an order reference number and your contact details may not be eligible for a refund. Most refunds on returns are in the form of original payment and will be paid within 14 days upon receiving the goods.
Why should I use Thumb Tape while working out?
Like we’ve mentioned above, the Hook Grip can be pretty aggressive, but it’s a go-to move for athletes who want to maximize the efficiency of their lifts. So to reduce pain and prevent injury, just tape your thumbs with our HookGrip tape.
How is WBCM Thumb Tape different from a regular medical tape?
Compared with medical tape, lifting thumb tape allows you to bend your thumb thanks to its elasticity. Another issue with medical tape being non-stretchable is that it often leads to blood circulation, causing numbness.
Does your Thumb Tape leave any residue?
We spent a lot of time experimenting with different brands and compositions of adhesives, and we found The One. It does not leave any residue on the skin, and is hypoallergenic, too.
How long will it last me?
As per Oleksiy Torokhtiy’s recommendations, one roll of WBCM Thumb Tape should be used throughout 15 workout sessions. And if you are working with weights greater than your own, Oleksiy recommends wrapping the tape three times around your thumb.
Why does the tape slip off, and what are general recommendations for a better user experience?
The one thing that allows athletes to improve their grip and Thumb Tape properties by up to 30% is chalk. Once you’re done with wrapping the tape, we recommend applying Gym Chalk or Liquid Chalk. This will “reinforce” the adhesive and prevent your hands from sweating excessively.
Technical & Competition regulations on using Thumb Tape
Indeed, lifting tape can significantly increase an athlete’s grip strength. However, the IWF does not prohibit its use. Just make sure that the tip of your thumbnail is seen from under the tape.

The Pink Tape is the best tape for hook-gripping! I love that it's comfortable and gripping really well. You only need a tiny bit of this stuff, but once you put it on your hands there are no more worries about it coming off until or after workouts.
