CANCELLATION AND EXCHANGE POLICY
If you are not fully satisfied with your product you always have the possibility to return your item within 14 days after you have received the item.
For this you need to send return request to firstname.lastname@example.org and provide your Name, Order number, Item you are returning and the reason why.
NOTE: We will not accept your return without a RMA number.
We’ll give you a full refund within 14 days by the same method you used to pay, and all we ask is that items are returned clean with original packaging and plastic bag with barcode must be intact. Once we have received and processed your return we will notify you via email that you have been refunded.

You will receive a full refund for the item, excluding the initial cost of delivery. It can take up to 14 business days until the transaction is visible on your bank statement. Unfortunately, we cannot refund extra charges such as taxes and duties that may have been collected upon delivery, please contact your local customs office to issue a refund for these fees.
NOTE: We deny returns if the item has the following conditions:
Perfume, deodorant, etc.
Visible stains or wear marks.
No proof of purchase.
Washed or wrinkled.
Please allow up to 10 business days to receive your refund after receipt of your goods. You will also need to provide us a tracking number for your return.
Customers wishing to exchange goods in an already placed or delivered order within 14 days of receipt, we ask customers to return the goods wished to be exchanged and place a new order for the correct item(s).
