    - Our prices are listed in EUROS (€).

  • What are the conditions for returns and exchanges?

    –Items must be unwashed and unworn with all barcodes intact. Please email your return request to europe@warmbody-coldmind.com and provide us with your Name, Order number, Item you are returning and the reason why.

  • How long do I have to make an exchange or return?

    - If you are not fully satisfied with your products, you may return your items within 14 days of receipt. The same if you wish to exchange goods.

  • I have received a faulty item. What should I do?

    - In the event you have received a defective item, please contact us immediately with the following information:

    -Your order number

    -Which item is damaged

    -A description

    -Photographic evidence.

  • Do you have size guides?

    – Yes, size guides can be found along with product information once you have selected to view an item.

  • Do you ship worldwide?

    – We can ship to MOST countries via DHL International delivery. Please allow extra time for deliveries to international addresses.

  • When will my order ship?

    - Our warehouse is based in Spain and shipments are processed and shipped Monday through Friday. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will not ship until the next business day once it is verified and approved for shipment.

  • How much does the shipping cost?

    –  You can see the shipping costs at the checkout.

  • By which carrier will my order be shipped?

    - We use different carriers to get customers their orders as quickly and efficiently as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with the name of the carrier and any tracking information.

  • My tracking says delivered but I have yet to receive my order.

    - Please allow up to 3 business days from your order's delivery date before contacting us for an investigation. You may also contact the carrier to investigate further.
