I haven't had the opportunity to use it so much yet, but after I finish pull and squat, it will be heavier lifting with deadlifts, and then a belt is very useful. I have always avoided using a belt during exercise because it rubs against the ribs, gets in the way of the elbows or prevents a good technical lift and transmits more of the correct position to the stiffness of the belt instead of to the muscles of the lower back and core muscle. This belt has everything I need to perform weightlifting without compromising the power and position. In the order there was a mistake that was quickly clarified and changed, which I can thank a very nice person for very good service. A little curiosity, I like the squeaking of real leather as I move. The decoration and design of the motifs are very nice. I would think it's better than other belts I've tried before. It stands out!
